Minors
A music minor is an excellent choice for students who wish to incorporate music into their ultimate profession. The music minor requires the same classical entrance audition as those considering a major in music. The plan of study requires students to participate in 24-credit hours of music including music theory, aural skills, applied lessons, ensembles, and electives.
Non-Majors
If your goal is to have a life-long appreciation for music then we recommended that you participate in choir, orchestra, or band as a non-major or minor. If you wish to be in an ensemble, please visit ensembles for more details.
