At the Castle (Bone Student Center Circus Room)All our regular Madrigal Dinners are held at the Castle (Bone Student Center Circus Room) with an extraordinary menu.

Spicy Wassail Salad of Baby Greens and Hearts of Romaine with Toasted Walnuts, Dried Cranberries and Chevre Raspberry Vinaigrette or Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Madrigal Bread with Honey Butter Herb Crusted Cornish Hens, served on fresh Orange Cranberry Sauce Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes with Fresh Rosemary Green Beans Almondine Warm Figgie Pudding with Rum Caramel Sauce Coffee (Wine available for purchase) Tickets $35 (including dinner and entertainment) available through the Box Office (309-483-2535, Mon-Fri, 12-5 pm) or through Ticketmaster.
