It is important that students familiarize themselves with the requirements of the University and the Arts Technology Program, and that you keep track of your progress.
Students should download and complete the appropriate Curriculum Tracking Sheet. Please remember to bring your completed form with you to ALL advisement appointments.
Students who wish to request permission to enroll in courses in Art, Music or Theatre should complete the following Schedule Proposal and return it to John Walker (Grad) or Jody DeCremer (undergrad). Once permission has been given you must register for the course(s).
Graduate students who wish to apply for a graduate assistantship should complete the following form available on the Graduate School's Web site. and send it to:
